It all started when I was 19 years old. One of my friends bought a guitar, and taught himself how to play it. I was so inspired, that I decided to give it a go as well. At that stage of my life I didn't have much direction yet and I had no idea that that day would mark the beginning of this amazing journey.

I was most inspired by the Flamenco guitar style at the time and I started learning how to play by watching Youtube videos. Soon after, I landed my first gig in a restaurant called Joplins in my hometown, Wilderness. One thing led to another and myself and a drummer formed a band. We had many successful gigs & tours and quickly became well-known throughout South Africa.

Unfortunately, I fell into a dark cycle of parties, drugs and alcohol abuse. It carried on for years and the longer it carried on, the more I lost touch with reality, myself and those around me.

Years later I reached an all time low, and I had never experienced such paralysing hopelessness, despair and grief. I knew that I couldn't continue down that destructive road any longer.

I went on my knees, and pleaded with God for help. God, in all His glory and with so much mercy and grace, stepped into my life and changed me completely. My wife and I both experienced salvation and we were baptised together in 2016. We were set free from all the things that used to bind us and we began on this beautiful road of salvation and healing.

During the transition process from the old into the new, every aspect of my life was transformed. I wasn't sure where I was going with my music anymore and one day, during a performance, God told me to make music for Him. When I made the shift from playing music for fame and fortune to playing for Jesus, everything changed!

From that day, I dedicate my music to God. It is my way of worshipping my Creator and Saviour, Jesus  Christ. I pray that my music will reveal Him to those who come across it and will bring healing and peace in times of adversity.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your appreciation of my music and for taking the time to read my story.

What is the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ?

Martin Luther called John 3:16, “the heart of the Bible – the Gospel in miniature.” It’s so simple that a child can understand it; yet it condenses the deep and marvellous truths of redemption into these few pungent words:

“For God”…………………………..The greatest Lover

“So loved”………………………….The greatest degree

“The world”………………………The greatest number

“That He gave”…………………The greatest act

“His only begotten Son”……The greatest Gift

“That whosoever”……………The greatest invitation

“Believeth”……………………….The greatest simplicity

“In Him”.……………………………The greatest Person

“Should not perish”………….The greatest deliverance

“But”………………………………….The greatest difference

“Have”……………………………….The greatest certainty

“Everlasting life”………………The greatest possession

JOHN 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God."

Blessings and love to all in Jesus Christ mighty name
